During his year at the University of Puget Sound Law School, Ted Bundy’s grades suffered because he became a voyeur. While the other people in his car pool sat in class, he would walk the darkened streets of Tacoma peeping in windows. But, Ted had insisted he had mixed feelings about his voyeurism. One night he was back in Seattle, walking the streets, when he saw someone else with their eyes glued to a window. Ted became so enraged, he chased the man several blocks.  Detective Norman Chapman recalled his own remark : « It’s OK, as long as it’s not your neighborhood. »

Update :

From the official transcript of Bundy’s interview with Chapman about that incident
